Compensation standard of hospitalization food allowance: standard of travel food allowance for general staff of local state organs × days of hospitalization. 7. Nutrition fee compensation standard: determine the amount of deposit × the number of days to strengthen nutrition according to the opinions of medical institutions on strengthening nutrition. 8. Compensation standard for the living expenses of the dependents: per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents and per capita annual consumption expenditure of rural residents in the last year where the Court of Appeal is located × number of dependents × 100%. 9. Compensation standard for transportation expenses: Reasonable transportation expenses shall be calculated by invoices. 10. Appraisal fee compensation standard: the expenses incurred in traffic accident disability appraisal shall be calculated by invoice.
