In the occupational health and safety management system, the interrelation and interaction of 17 elements constitute an organic whole of the occupational health and safety management system.
In order to better understand the relationship between the elements of occupational health and safety management system, it can be divided into two categories, one is the core element that embodies the main framework and basic functions, and the other is the auxiliary element that supports the main framework of the system and ensures the realization of basic functions.
There are 10 core elements, namely, occupational health and safety policy, hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control planning, legal and other requirements, objectives, structure and responsibilities, occupational health and safety management plan, operation control, performance measurement and monitoring, audit and management review.
There are seven auxiliary elements, namely, training, awareness and ability, consultation and communication, documents, document and data control, emergency preparation and response, accidents, incidents, nonconformities, corrective and preventive measures, records and record management.
17 quadratic element is divided into 10 core element and 7 auxiliary elements. The core elements of 10 are environmental policy, environmental factors, laws and other requirements, objectives, indicators and procedures, resources, roles, responsibilities and authorities, operation control, monitoring and measurement, compliance evaluation of laws and regulations, internal audit and management review.
