Hungry, hungry, why are you always hungry?

The days of autumn sleep and hibernation began, and body fat became more and more disobedient. I believe many friends have the same problem as me: I can't eat much at a meal, but I'm always hungry. But the problem is that when you are hungry, you will eat. Isn't this a stumbling block on your way to fitness and weight loss ~ ~

Let's take a look at the "hunger factors" that hinder our good fitness in winter:

The culprit of hunger. Lack of sleep will increase cortisol levels, stimulate hunger, and thus disrupt your eating pattern and digestive ability, so it is feasible to ensure at least 7 hours of sleep every day.

Many babies often think they are hungry, so they go to eat, but in fact, it may be because of serious water shortage that the brain will subconsciously tell you that you are hungry, so timely hydration is very helpful to reduce hunger.

Just because a food is labeled as low in fat doesn't mean it is healthy. Low fat often represents ultra-low fat, as well as refined carbohydrates, protein and high unsaturated fat. So eating low-fat foods often makes people want to eat more.

When it comes to high-sugar breakfast, it is often inseparable from refined carbohydrates, including cakes with thick cream and cakes filled with sausage tenderloin. These breakfasts brought a blood sugar roller coaster. When you finish this breakfast, your blood sugar will drop, which will lead to more hunger.

Many people chew gum when they are hungry to prevent themselves from eating, but they don't know that the body will instinctively associate chewing with eating, thus stimulating your appetite more.

You must have received a lot of concern from relatives and friends: "Eat when you are hungry" and "You eat too little" ... If you really know how much you have eaten, you should know how much you have eaten, and you'd better stop eating too much.

The most incredible thing: how did nostalgia and hunger come together? Let's just say that when I was a child, I had many memories related to food. If you always fall into memories, you can't help eating all the time. Spicy strips classified as unhealthy food are a good example (drooling makes you have an appetite when you think about it).
