"the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's Proposal on Formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goal in 2035" proposes "unswervingly building a manufacturing power", "promoting the deep integration of Internet, big data and artificial intelligence, and promoting the development of advanced manufacturing clusters."

Virtual Reality Engineer Zhang Jianwei

He played an unusual game.

Holding the steering wheel, manipulating the car on the screen, dodging, accelerating and turning ... Friends say that Zhang Jianwei's job is "playing games".

Zhang Jianwei, 32, is a "cloud trainer" at Alibaba Dharma Institute and a virtual reality engineer. In fact, his job is much more complicated than playing games.

An intelligent logistics robot "Xiaoman Donkey" has been developed by the Autopilot Laboratory in Zhang Jianwei, which can deliver goods unattended in communities, schools, parks and other places. During the period of "Double 1 1" this year, 22 logistics robots led by "Little Man Donkey" shuttled through the Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University, 16 routes, delivering packages for 27 buildings, and delivering packages within 10 minutes.

How to train autonomous driving is the most effective? Of course, it is to let self-driving cars run in reality, and it is best to accept the experience in extreme environments such as snow and ice. However, extreme scenes in the real world are hard to find. It may take 1 month to reproduce an extreme scene, but it only takes 30 seconds on the simulation platform. Zhang Jianwei's job is to build a virtual scene first, and then "play games"-test self-driving cars in a simulation platform.

However, the simulated scene is not a real scene after all, and there is still a gap between the scene simulated by algorithm and reality. In April this year, Alibaba Dharma Institute launched a new platform-the hybrid simulation test platform for autonomous driving. The platform adopts the simulation technology of combining virtual and reality. On the one hand, the road test data is introduced, on the other hand, the real human intervention action is created through the "cloud trainer", and various extreme scenes are simulated more efficiently through the "mixing" of algorithms and human intervention.

Where does the road test data come from? "'Little Donkey' has provided us with a lot of data." Zhang Jianwei said that when delivering the goods, "Little Man Donkey" will record the passing scenes, and then engineers can build these scenes on the simulation platform, and then let other self-driving cars train in these simulation scenes.

Zhang Jianwei's life is also between "virtual" and "reality". Driving on weekdays and suddenly stepping on the brakes, he always thinks, "I want to simulate this scene!" " "

Wang Qi, industrial internet engineer and technician-

Specializing in the "troubles" of traditional enterprises

Since August this year, Wang Qi, Senior Architect of Tencent Cloud Intelligent Manufacturing, has been based in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu. He believes that there is a great demand for industrial internet in this city.

Zhangjiagang, an industrial city, has more than 10,000 industrial enterprises 1.7 million, which is a typical example of county economic development. However, traditional industries account for a relatively large proportion, and the local government has a strong willingness to help enterprises transform. In June this year, Tencent Cloud (Zhangjiagang) industrial cloud platform built by Zhangjiagang Municipal Government and Tencent Cloud was officially launched. Soon after, Wang Qi came to Zhangjiagang to show her skills.

"In fact, many times, traditional enterprises need an Internet platform, but they just don't know it." Wang Qi said that his task is to tap these needs of enterprises.

On one occasion, Wang Qi chatted with the boss of a centrifuge manufacturing enterprise. The boss has an annoyance recently: when he is old, he is considering handing over the enterprise to the next generation, but the younger generation is not familiar with the company's business, and the company's customer resources are in the hands of the salesman. Once the salespeople leave, the company may lose a group of customers.

In Wang Qi's view, this matter is easy to solve. He recommended "Enterprise WeChat" to his boss. On "Enterprise WeChat", the business docking process between salesmen and customers will be managed. When a salesman leaves his job, he can leave customer resources only by handing over the accounts.

"This is an application of the industrial Internet platform in management." Wang Qi said that in the production process, the industrial Internet platform is more useful.

For a long time, a washing equipment factory has been troubled by a difficult problem: how to deal with urgent orders? "The original production line was orderly, and an urgent order came, which easily caused production confusion." The person in charge of the company said.

This is exactly the problem that the industrial Internet platform can solve. Wang Qi and her colleagues connected the equipment of this enterprise to the cloud platform, so as to carefully manage the production status of each equipment. Once there is an urgent order, the cloud platform will decompose the task through optimization algorithm and assign it to the appropriate production equipment without disrupting the original production plan.

The cloud platform also visualizes the production process, and managers can view the equipment running status and order progress in real time through the computer screen. As long as the person in charge of the enterprise turns on the mobile phone, he can directly see the production situation of all links of the whole enterprise.

Wang Qi said that up to now, Tencent Cloud (Zhangjiagang) industrial cloud platform has realized 207 enterprises accessing the cloud, provided "industrial internet plus safety production" solutions for 69 enterprises, and provided lightweight SaaS (software as a service) tools for 137 SMEs.

Assembly builder Liu Min-

Build a house like a building block

It takes only 6 days to assemble a floor, 5 months to build a building, and no more than 50 workers in a single building ... Although he has personally participated in the prefabricated construction project for more than 1 year, for Liu Min, the construction efficiency of this new building technology often refreshes his cognition.

Liu Min, 36, is the head of Nanjing New City Jiayuan Project of China Railway Electrification Bureau Group, and also a "half-way monk" prefabricated building builder.

1 year ago, Liu Min was mainly engaged in the production management of the construction site, and all the projects he participated in were built in the traditional way. Liu Min admits that his understanding of prefabricated building technology is only at the theoretical stage.

Because of his inexperience, Liu Min was in trouble when he received the assembly construction task of Xincheng Jiayuan. "Although there are concerns, people are always curious, especially those who engage in technology. When I see new technology, I think I must try it if I have the chance. " So Liu Min plucked up the courage to accept the job.

Liu Min learns by doing. He bought a lot of books and materials, practiced with his colleagues on the spot during the day, recalled the contents of his homework during the day at night, found out the places in the books and explored the principles. This cycle for several months, Liu Min finally touched the way.

So, what are the characteristics of prefabricated building construction? Liu Min explained that a built-up prefabricated building is like a "building block", and components such as plates and walls are pieces of "building blocks", which need to be prefabricated in the factory in advance, then transported to the site and spliced according to the design drawings.

Compared with the traditional hard working environment, the cleanliness advantage of prefabricated buildings is more obvious. Liu Min said: "The use of prefabricated buildings can greatly reduce the wet work on site, reduce the discharge of dust, waste gas and waste water, and reduce the number of construction workers, thus avoiding many safety hazards from the source."

In fact, although prefabricated buildings are not accompanied by large machinery all the year round like traditional buildings, they are by no means simple splicing. A small deviation may have a serious impact on the quality of buildings, and Liu Min has a deep understanding of this.

Each building in Xincheng Jiayuan Project has 24 floors, but below the fifth floor, it is still necessary to adopt the traditional building method, excavate earthwork, cast-in-place shear wall and build a frame structure. However, if two different technologies want to achieve the same architectural effect, they all rely on the bonding transition of "transfer floor (fifth floor)"

"Therefore, the vertical reinforcement used in the 4th floor and the vertical reinforcement of the precast shear wall on the 5th floor must come from the same manufacturer, so as to ensure the connectivity of the transfer floor." Before the construction, Liu Min explained to the manufacturer many times, but unexpectedly, in the trial production process of prefabricated components, there was still a problem that the ex-factory standard of steel bars was wrong. Fortunately, it was discovered in time, avoiding excessive economic losses and waste of resources.

In order to ensure the recurrence of such incidents and strictly observe the quality control of component production, at the suggestion of Liu Min, the manufacturer specially appointed a group of workers to be responsible for the production of prefabricated components for Xincheng Jiayuan Project. "In addition, I also arranged a special person to stay in the factory and stare at the control. Since then, there have been no similar mistakes." Liu Min said.

Now, with the joint efforts of Liu Min and his colleagues, the main structure of the first residential building of this project was successfully capped on June 5438+065438+ 10/4, and it is expected that the Xincheng Jiayuan project will be completed in February next year.

"After this project, I will summarize the management experience of the whole process into a book and share it with people around me to help more people understand and master the new technology of prefabricated buildings." Liu Min said confidently.

Long Changxin, the maintenance worker of UAV installation and commissioning-

This "doctor" is a technical fan

"It has been checked and can take off!" Scan the fuselage, turn the blades, and check whether the wiring is loose ... After the drone maintenance worker Long Changxin issued a safety instruction, a logistics drone quickly took off. After 20 minutes, it landed at the SF Express Distribution Center in Nankang District, Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, and successfully transported Gannan navel orange to its destination.

In order to help win the battle against poverty, from 2065438 to June 2007, SF built a UAV base in Nankang District, trying to explore "UAV+navel orange transportation". However, Nankang District is located at the junction of Luo Xiao and Dayuling, with humid climate and complicated environment. Long Changxin spent a lot of time to ensure the safe flight of drones.

Talking about his career choice, Long Changxin, 44, said that it was entirely because of interest. "I have been obsessed with model airplanes since I was a child. For me, playing model airplane is more like realizing my flying dream. " Through self-study and online consultation, Long Changxin accumulated a lot of experience in making and maintaining model airplanes, and soon became a famous "model airplane enthusiast" in his hometown.

On 20 12, an agricultural science and technology company sent an invitation to Long Changxin, asking if he was interested in operating the plant protection drone. "The drone is much bigger than the model airplane, which suddenly aroused my interest." In this way, Long Changxin became a professional flying hand and officially set foot in the field of drones.

In the drone industry, "three-point flight and seven-point repair". Because the machine is expensive, the maintenance of the drone is very important. "When engine maintenance, manufacturers often only provide remote guidance, so our flying hands must have excellent hands-on ability." One to two, Long Changxin, who has been a doctor for a long time, has mastered the professional debugging technology of drones.

With skilled UAV maintenance skills, from 2065438 to August 2007, Long Changxin successfully joined SF and served as the head of maintenance department of UAV base in Nankang District. However, the UAV industry at that time lacked standardized maintenance guidelines. When determining each maintenance standard, Long Changxin and his team members are "crossing the river by feeling the stones".

Long Changxin is a technical fan. Because some faults of UAV can't be detected by visual inspection, hand inspection and touch detection, Long Changxin also actively cooperated with UAV R&D team to iteratively upgrade related maintenance systems and equipment. "Through background query or batch export of data, maintenance personnel can realize fault classification and fixed-point investigation, which greatly improves work efficiency." Long Changxin said proudly.

At present, the application field of drones is still expanding. According to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's forecast, the demand for UAV assembly and maintenance workers will reach 3.5 million in the next five years. UAV assembly and maintenance workers are officially listed as new occupations, which will undoubtedly provide professional skills support for the rapid development of UAV industry.
