Home office requirements

Home office requirements are as follows:

1. People who work or live in the home office area should work at home except those who undertake epidemic prevention tasks, urban operation and public service. If the unit in the home office area really needs to be on duty, the duty rate shall be controlled at no more than 30%, and the personnel on duty shall be relatively fixed, and the closed-loop management of the unit residence shall be implemented.

2. Home office workers should take the initiative to report to their communities, bring them into the community prevention and control system, obey community management, strengthen health monitoring, and implement testing and screening requirements. During working at home, insist on unnecessary mobility, no parties, no visits, no travel, no parties.

3, adhere to the "who manages, who is responsible", the civil affairs department staff unit, to co-ordinate arrangements for the specific work and education management of civil affairs department staff, urge employees to implement community epidemic prevention requirements, daily report personal health status and activity trajectory, to prevent management loopholes.
