Any medical personnel shall not conceal their illness and contact history, actively cooperate and truthfully report the epidemiological history. In any of the following circumstances, please inform the medical staff at the first time and go to the designated hospital for screening:

1. If you walk back and forth in the middle and high risk area, go directly to the designated fever clinic.

2. All overseas returnees should go directly to the designated fever clinic.

3. Where red team, yellow code or health code pop-up window appears, you should go directly to the designated fever clinic.

4. Anyone who has ten symptoms, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue and decreased sense of smell and taste, please go directly to the designated fever clinic.

I. Instructions for coming to the hospital

Try to see a doctor independently. If you really need company, only one person is allowed. All hospital staff should wear masks correctly, do personal protection, strictly accept pre-examination and triage, take temperature, take the initiative to scan the code, show the "health code" and "travel code", truthfully report the epidemiological history, do not conceal the illness and contact history, and actively cooperate, otherwise I will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

3. 1 nucleic acid test is conducted every Tuesday for hospitalized patients and caregivers.

All personnel entering the ward should cooperate with temperature measurement and epidemiological history investigation.

Ward management

1. All wards strictly implement the closed management of inpatient wards and strictly control access. Patients and their families are not allowed to go out. Once you go out, you must re-do nucleic acid testing and refuse all hospital visits;

2. There is no need to accompany a patient during hospitalization. Under special circumstances, patients are allowed to arrange escorts.

3. In the process of hospitalization, hospitalized patients and accompanying personnel should wear masks regularly, wash their hands frequently, and do not visit or gather.

4. During hospitalization, if it is necessary to replace the escort for special reasons, the responsible nurse should carefully complete the process adjustment according to the actual situation, and the replaced escort must have a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours before entering the ward.

5. Hospitalized patients and caregivers should cooperate to measure their body temperature every day. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, fatigue, diarrhea, and decreased taste during hospitalization, you must take the initiative to report to the medical staff and cooperate with the hospital's flow regulation and related management measures.
