Applicable people: foreign vehicles that enter Beijing for a short time or stay in transit for a short time.
Location: Freeways and their national highways can be handled at checkpoints in Beijing or by traffic teams in various regions.
Required procedures: driving license, driver's license and compulsory insurance policy.
Process introduction: friends who need to apply for a short-term Beijing permit only need to bring their driver's license and Beijing vehicle driving license to the handling point. At present, all major highway toll stations have handling offices, and national highways also have workstations, but these stations only accept short-term Beijing entry permits. Friends who need to apply for long-term Beijing entry permits need to bring more procedures to the traffic team in their temporary residence.
● Long-term Beijing Tong
Validity: half a year
Applicable people: foreign vehicles that are in permanent demand in Beijing.

Required procedures: If the bus goes to Beijing, you need to bring a copy of the organization code certificate of the institution in Beijing. Private car owners need to carry the owner's ID card, temporary residence permit, exhaust gas detection certificate, motor vehicle traffic accident liability compulsory insurance certificate, driving license and driver's license.
Process introduction:
Step 1: Compared with the short-term pass, the long-term pass to Beijing is much more complicated. First of all, the owner needs to bring relevant identification (local ID card or temporary residence permit) to the security committee of the street where the residents live for the record.
Step 2: Take the certificate issued by the Street Safety Committee to the local inspection point for exhaust gas detection and get the exhaust gas certificate.
Step 3: If it is a personal vehicle, I need to bring my identity certificate, safety committee certificate, exhaust certificate, compulsory insurance, driving license and driver's license to the local traffic team.
If it is a company vehicle, you need to bring a copy of the organization code certificate of the foreign institution in Beijing. In other words, in order to apply for a long-term permit to enter Beijing, a foreign service company vehicle must have a branch in Beijing and be affiliated with the original unit, otherwise it can't go through the long-term formalities in Beijing, and it can only be handled several times with short-term procedures.
