What is the offline code?

Offline code is: in the environment where our mobile phone has no network, the identification system on payment software such as WeChat and Alipay will generate a QR code according to the set algorithm, seed data, time and other factors. This QR code is used for offline payment, which is the offline code. Offline code can be generated when there is no network: when the merchant scans the payment code, the scanning equipment such as the code scanner will verify the offline code through relevant algorithms. If it is verified that the offline code comes from the consumer's mobile phone, then the relevant payment link can be confirmed and completed immediately.

"Offline Code" mainly serves the elderly aged 60 and above and1teenagers aged 4 and below. With the popularization and use of "offline code", it not only avoids the hidden danger of contact infection caused by manual registration, but also solves the problem that the elderly can't use smart phones. At the same time, it reduces the workload of managers, shortens the waiting time for people to enter the place, and realizes "smart epidemic prevention and convenient travel".

Guardian (family member of the elderly or children)

Click "Manage Family Members-Add Family Members" in the bright code interface of Ankang Code. After adding the elderly or children as family members, click "Save Offline Code".

Checkpoint personnel

Log in to the Ankang Code Verification Management Platform with the administrator account, and click "Scan Code Verification" to scan the offline codes of the elderly or children for verification.

Offline code collection method

(1) The handling personnel click the "Offline Service with Application Code" entrance at the "One Netcom Office" self-service terminal;

② The handling personnel select "ID card login" or "apply for login" at the self-service terminal, complete identity authentication with ID card or "code application" and apply for "offline code";

ID card login: put the ID card into the ID card reading area to complete the identity authentication.

③ Confirm that the screen shows the contents of "offline code". The processor can check names, photos and other information on this page. If the information such as photos and names is found to be wrong, he can contact the offline window staff.

④ After confirmation, click "Apply" and print "Offline Code" through the self-service terminal.

Replacement process

(1) The teller authenticates himself by swiping the ID card or scanning the "application code" on the self-service terminal;

② The confirmation screen shows the contents of "offline code";

③ After confirmation, click "Replace" and print "Offline Code" through the self-service terminal. After selecting "Replace", the previously applied "Offline Code" will be invalid and cannot be verified.

In addition to offline health codes, Sichuan Tianfu Health Link has also opened a service to apply for and inquire about health codes. Some cities and regions also support ID card and citizen card inquiry. However, experts remind that if the elderly or children need to travel, the most convenient way is still to be accompanied by an adult to apply for a health code, and then display it by switching from one person to another. Secondly, if the elderly or children travel alone, they can also ask passers-by to help them check. After obtaining the consent, others only need to input the ID numbers of the elderly (over 60) and children (1under 6). You can temporarily display the health code (10 second). When applying on behalf of the applicant, the applicant must be authorized to verify his real name and identity. At present, the service has covered the whole country.
