Chengde Central Hospital was established in 1952. After half a century's development and unremitting efforts of several generations, it has now developed into a third-class first-class hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and health care, the Second Clinical College of Chengde Medical College, the affiliated hospital of Hebei University, the network hospital of the International Emergency Rescue Center of the Ministry of Health, the Chengde Emergency Center of the Red Cross and the Chengde Traffic Injury Treatment Center, and has been designated as the forensic identification of Chengde Division by the Hebei provincial government. Approved by the Provincial Health Department as Chengde Clinical Inspection Center, Chengde Health Examination Center and Chengde Radiotherapy Center.
