Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors
Article 5 The protection of minors shall follow the following principles:
(1) Respecting the personal dignity of minors;
(two) to adapt to the laws and characteristics of the physical and mental development of minors;
(3) Combination of education and protection.
Seventeenth schools should fully implement the national education policy, implement quality education, improve the quality of education, pay attention to cultivating the independent thinking ability, innovation ability and practical ability of underage students, and promote the all-round development of underage students.
Article 18 Schools shall respect the right of underage students to receive education, care for and care for students, patiently educate and help students with shortcomings in conduct and difficulties in learning, and shall not discriminate against them, and shall not expel underage students in violation of laws and state regulations.
Nineteenth schools should provide social life guidance, mental health guidance and adolescent education for underage students according to their physical and mental development characteristics.
