I. Registration Matters
1. Registration time and place: September 3, 2022, Bayi Square (the square in front of the main teaching building). Depending on the epidemic situation, any changes will be notified separately.
2. If you can't report on time due to force majeure, please go through the formalities of asking for leave at the training college in advance, and you can postpone your report after approval. Those who fail to report for two weeks without reason are disqualified.
Second, the epidemic prevention and control requirements
1. Apply for "Longjiang Health Code" and register "Communication Big Data Travel Card". According to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, freshmen and accompanying personnel must apply for the "Longjiang Health Code" in advance and register the "Communication Big Data Travel Card". Specific methods: WeChat search "Longjiang Health Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card", and click to enter. Follow the prompts to complete login and real-name authentication and obtain the health code. Hold the green code, do a good job of self-health monitoring every day, and have no life history of epidemic areas and contact history of infected people for 4 days before coming to school. You can arrange a trip to report to school.
2. Arrival and return celebration report. Freshmen and accompanying personnel who report for duty must search for the small program of "Arriving at School and Returning to Celebration" on WeChat, and fill in the celebration information in the filing options, in which the column of "destination and place" must be selected after searching for the full name of the college admitted by the freshmen, and the school can only reach Daqing after passing the examination.
3. Admission qualification examination and approval. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, all freshmen must submit an application for admission qualification online before entering school, and obtain admission qualification after examination and approval by the school. The student's smart campus authentication account number is the student number, and the initial password is the last six digits of the ID number (if the letter X is included, it must be capitalized).
(1) Freshmen should punch in their health status in the "APP of Bayi Agricultural University"-"Health Link" module before August 20th, and report their daily action track, temperature monitoring data and health status before entering the school.
(2) Please log in to the "APP of Bayi Agricultural University"-"Back-to-school Information Collection" system from August 25th to 27th, fill in relevant information and submit an application for back-to-school. Students who are healthy and pass the college audit will generate a green code of "e-pass" on campus, and they must enter school with the green code when reporting.
(3) Students who can't enter school on time should go through the formalities of asking for leave, and then go through the examination and approval procedures for admission application online after meeting the admission requirements.

Third, the materials required for admission
1. My admission notice and the original undergraduate (junior college) diploma (doctoral freshmen hold the original diploma and master's degree certificate).
2. Party organizations. Party member (including party member) outside the province holds a letter of introduction of organizational relations in party member (the letter of introduction must be transferred from the Party Committee with the authority to independently develop party member, headed by the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University) and party member materials. After entering the school, the letter of introduction and party member materials shall be handed over to the Party Committee of the College, and the organization department of the Party Committee of the College shall handle the handover. 3. Household registration. The transfer of household registration is voluntary. Only accounts from other collective households in colleges and universities can be settled in our school, and family households are not allowed to handle them. The household registration moved to the central police station of Daqing High-tech Zone in Heilongjiang Province. The name on the transfer certificate must be consistent with the admission notice, and the place of birth and native place must be filled in provinces, cities and counties, and personal height and blood type should be provided. Submit the household registration certificate (which must be stamped with the official seal of the police station and the name of the household registration officer) to the training college at the time of registration, and no other settlement procedures will be handled at other times.
Four. Payment of expenses
The tuition standard for doctoral students is 1 0,000 yuan/year, full-time master of accounting is 0, 900 yuan/year, part-time master of accounting is 1, 800 yuan/year, and other types of masters are 0, 800 yuan/year. Full-time accommodation standard 1200 yuan/year (bring your own luggage).

If you don't need accommodation, you can only pay tuition. Those who do not pay tuition fees at the beginning of the semester will not go through the registration formalities. For students who can't pay tuition fees before entering school due to family financial difficulties, they can apply for admission registration through the "green channel" at the beginning of school, and the school will organize campus student loans after entering school.
