5. Tick "Agree" and click "Start face recognition verification".
6. Tick "Agree", click "Next", then aim at the circle on the mobile phone, and automatic identification will begin.
7. Click "Health Declaration Service" after identification.
8. Fill in the contents and click "Submit".
