It is a very good way to supplement some nutrition by eating some fruits or drinking fruit juice.

It is harmful to our health, but in fact, we drink a lot of fruit juice now, and some sugar and some sweeteners or spices are added to these fruit juices. Then these additives are very harmful to our health. If we eat fruit, we can directly absorb some minerals, vitamins and dietary fiber from it. Then fruit juice is more nutritious, and there is actually a big gap between the nutrition in fruit juice and that in fruit. Don't confuse them.

Destroy nutrients and when we squeeze the fruit into juice, some easily oxidized vitamins are destroyed, so this time is actually a loss for us. Secondly, the lack of some nutrients in fruits, such as some vitamins, will have a very bad influence on the whole nutritional components of fruits. Finally, if some additives are added in the production process of fruit juice, some qualities of fruit juice or some nutrients will be destroyed.
