The health code with an asterisk generally indicates that the health code is green, but the travel code with an asterisk indicates that there are moderate or high-risk areas in the cities that have been visited or visited in the past 14 days. Generally speaking, after 14 days, the asterisk will disappear automatically.
If it doesn't disappear, it is suggested that you can call the communication service provider related to the communication travel card to make adjustments. In addition, if the risk level of the relevant risk area is adjusted to low risk, the asterisk on the travel card will automatically disappear.
Travel code asterisks can disappear in two ways.
(1)/kloc-0 disappeared after 4 days. This time limit is based on the user's own time and has nothing to do with the risk area. If the travel card asterisk still exists after 14 days, you can call the relevant communication service provider of the communication travel card to adjust it.
(2) After the risk level of the risk area is modulated to low risk, the asterisk will disappear by itself.
