If you live in the tropics, this diet may live longer than people in other parts of the world. But our bodies need protein and fat, not just carbohydrates. In fact, we can live without carbohydrates. Our body has a process of gluconeogenesis. If we don't have enough carbohydrates in our diet, we will convert protein into necessary glucose.
It depends in part on how healthy you think you are. It is certainly a challenge to ensure that you get enough of all the necessary vitamins and minerals, not to mention a lot of nutrition for protein (especially if you exclude some nuts and seeds allowed by fruit and vegetable owners), but it is not impossible.
Generally speaking, I think a diversified diet is most suitable for overall health, especially vegetables, to ensure a balanced intake of macro nutrients and phytonutrients. That is to say, if you have some religious or moral compulsion to be a fruitarian strictly, then of course you can, but it requires real caution and diligence to ensure that you maintain the lowest level of vitamins, minerals and protein.
Some people do swear, so it depends on what your goal is and why you want to be from China. But most importantly, if there is no convincing reason, I personally don't recommend doing so.
We still need protein and fiber in our diet, but fruits can provide this kind of protein and fiber, which is not enough to help the human body play its most beneficial role.
If you choose a fruit diet, please take your time. The transitional diet includes all kinds of fruits. And make sure that every meal includes nuts, seeds and vegetables, because they will provide you with the fat and protein you need. Oily fruits such as avocados, bananas and coconuts are good sources of fat.
