Eat more high-protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Don't overeat. Secondly, we should get a proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves to sleep for at least eight hours every day. If time permits, take a nap at noon. Finally, we should exercise regularly, because' life lies in exercise'. Regular exercise can enhance our heart and lung function. Besides, it can prevent us from getting fat.

If everyone does this, there will be fewer complaints about poor health and our lives will be much happier.
