6. Provisions on prevention and control policies in normalized prevention and control areas
For those who have lived in the local epidemic area for 7 days but have not defined the risk area, a 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate should be provided. Two nucleic acid tests should be completed within 3 days after arrival in Kunming, and the first nucleic acid test should be completed within 24 hours after arrival in Kunming, and health monitoring should be done well. 7. Return to Kunming under other special circumstances.
The management measures of "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation +3 days of home health monitoring" were implemented for close contacts. When a large-scale epidemic occurs and the resources of centralized isolation points are insufficient, the management measures of "5 days of centralized isolation medical observation +5 days of home isolation medical observation" can be adopted.
