In addition, cosmetics containing lavender, citrus, geranium and other aromatic essential oils will also affect the development of fetal nervous system, and should be avoided in the first trimester.
Postpartum hair dyeing and perm is better than at the end of pregnancy. Hair dyeing and perm cream contains a lot of chemicals, so it should be avoided before the second trimester (15~28 weeks). But if you plan to dye your hair or perm after giving birth, it is best to do it at the end of pregnancy. Because there is a lot of close contact between mother and child after delivery, chemicals are more likely to affect the baby.
Don't take a bath or sauna in the first trimester. Early pregnancy is the initial stage of fetal brain and organ formation. During this period, maternal temperature changes will have an impact on the fetus, so pregnant mothers should avoid taking a bath or steaming sauna. Moreover, due to hormonal changes during pregnancy, pregnant women often feel dizzy, and long-term sauna may aggravate dizziness.
Reduce the intensity of exercise appropriately. Proper exercise for pregnant women every day is helpful to prevent gestational diabetes and relieve stress, but for expectant mothers who lack exercise before pregnancy, they should do some relaxing exercise. If you have abdominal pain, bleeding, dizziness, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other symptoms during exercise, you should stop immediately. At the same time, avoid doing some exercises that need to lie down for a long time, distort the body and raise the body temperature.
Try not to wear perfume. In order to keep the fragrance lasting, the chemical component "phthalate" will be added to the perfume, which will lead to premature delivery of the fetus, low functional level and even decreased reproductive capacity.
