But it is this kind of food, and the nitrite in it is likely to exceed the standard seriously, which is very harmful to our health. Diet is directly related to our health, so be careful!

3. Smoking and drinking. A cigarette after a meal is better than a living fairy; Betel nut with cigarettes, infinite magic, etc. It is self-evident that smoking does harm to our human body, but few people can really lend it out, which is really permanent harm to the respiratory system; There is also drinking, the role of alcohol causes gastrointestinal and cardiovascular diseases in our body. If you can, get rid of these bad habits.

4, sedentary lack of exercise. It is said that exercise can make our bodies better, but I think most young people nowadays lack exercise.
