A healthy hobby

I used to listen to teachers or news to advocate teenagers to develop healthy hobbies.

Since work, I have found that hobbies are really important for a person who has no heavy academic burden. Now, I think the health of hobbies plays a very important role in one's mood and sentiment.

Really healthy recreational activities can be pleasant, relaxing and beneficial to the body and mind. If you feel tired or anxious after entertainment, you should reflect on whether entertainment is really healthy.
