1. Unlock the phone first, then find and open WeChat on the phone desktop, and then click the address book.

2. After opening the address book, find and click the official WeChat account option.

3. After opening the address book, click the+button in the upper right corner. Then search and enter: XXX local health certificate (enter Hainan here).

4. Then click the official account of local health certificate WeChat on the search page (official certification is ticked).

5. Enter the job number and click the corresponding menu to query.
