" What needs special attention here is that according to the relevant provisions of the Technical Specification for Occupational Health Surveillance issued by the Ministry of Health in 2007: "Before preparing to transfer or leave a job or post with occupational hazards, workers should undergo a physical examination when leaving their posts; The main purpose is to determine their health status when they stop being exposed to occupational hazards. If the last health check during the employment period is within 90 days before leaving the job, it can be regarded as a full-time check. " Therefore, some enterprises have some annual routine physical examination arrangements for employees, which cannot simply replace the occupational health examination before leaving the company, unless the physical examination takes place within 90 days before leaving the company.
