Tools/materials: snow cup, sugar, green tea, perfume lemon, ice cubes, tea soup, syrup.
1. Add water to white sugar, bring to a boil over medium heat, add lemon slices, and turn to low heat 10 minute.
2. Pour it into a container and let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator for later use.
3. Wash the perfume lemon and cut it into thick slices of about 1cm.
4. Boil the green tea in water, continue to cook for 2 minutes after boiling, and sift out the tea soup.
5. Repeat teh tarik for 2-3 times until the tea is naturally cooled to about 45 degrees.
6. Add 6 slices of lemon to the shaker, squeeze out the juice and add some ice cubes.
7. Continue to beat juice, add 250 grams of tea soup and 60 grams of syrup, and add ice cubes to the 500 ml mark.
8. Cover and shake wildly.
