The wrist is healthy.

It's a tendon sheath cyst.

Tendon sheath cyst is a kind of cystic mass that occurs near joints, especially in women and adolescents. The most common are tendon sheath cysts on the wrist and back of foot.

Generally, small tendon sheath cysts do not need treatment. The hands with long tendon sheath cysts should be used less, so that they will not be tired and sometimes disappear.

The treatment methods of giant tendon sheath cyst are: crushing by pressing, injecting medicine and sealing after puncture. For cysts that cannot be massaged, punctured or injected with drugs, or cysts that recur many times, because non-surgical treatment is ineffective, only cyst resection can be performed.
