In my opinion, first of all, we should eat and drink at the right time. The chaotic meal time will affect our normal digestion and absorption. This is harmful to your health. Second, having a healthy diet means eating healthy food, such as all kinds of grains, green vegetables and fruits. Different foods have different nutrients that our bodies need. Finally, we shouldn't eat too much or too little at every meal. Overeating or dieting is very harmful to our stomach and health.
