Today, I mainly talk about three modes of thinking in the strategic part of the second curve: combination innovation, single factor and strategic leverage.

The key to identify the breaking point lies in the "10 times speed change" of single factor. What causes the speed change of 10 times is not the combination of all factors, but the short-term change of a single factor.

Strategic lever: strategy itself is nothing, so we must find a strategic compass, take the long-term "one" as the strategic fulcrum, and concentrate all our energy on the "one-ninth" core competence. Once all the resources are put into the same thing, we can start the growth engine.

Why study?
