Methods/steps
Choose two big potatoes for slicing.
Wash the potatoes and peel them.
Potatoes are sliced, and the thickness of slices directly affects the crispness of potato chips.
Soak the cut potato chips in water for 10- 15 minutes to soak out the starch in the potatoes, so that the potato chips will be crisp.
Take out the potato chips, drain the surface water, and sprinkle with seasoning according to your taste.
Put it in the microwave oven and turn on medium heat for 5 minutes.
