2. Reasonable eating behavior. The goal is to improve the nutrition of key populations. By 2025, the growth retardation rate of children under 5 years old will be less than 7%, and the anemia rate of pregnant women will be less than 10%.
3. Tobacco control action. The goal is to reduce the number of smokers. By 2025, the smoking rate of people aged 15 and above will drop below 20%.
4. Mental health promotion action. The goal is to improve residents' mental health level, and by 2025, residents' mental health literacy level will be raised to 20%.
