I believe that this knowledge will play a great role in their later life, minimize the possibility of harm to themselves and others, let themselves grasp their own pace of life in life, always pay attention to their health and maintain a good body and mind. Long-term psychological and physical health inattention and other pressures accumulate together, which will cause psychological disorders and physical diseases over time. The core content of health education for college students in this course is to impart health knowledge, establish healthy behaviors and improve the environment, so as to improve college students' health knowledge in a planned and purposeful way, promote their physical and mental health and improve their quality of life. This paper focuses on health awareness, mental health, prevention and treatment of common infectious diseases, and emergency treatment of public health incidents.
