How to collect health history?

The collected data should include the patient's physiological, psychological, social and cultural status, generally including: general information, current health status, past health status, family history, physical examination results, recent laboratory and other examination results, psychological status, social and cultural status and so on. The methods of collecting data are as follows: (1) Conversation is purposeful communication. The condition of the affected system should be checked according to the characteristics of the patient's disease. (4) Access includes access to the patient's medical records, nursing records and various auxiliary examination results.
