Interpretation of "hedonism" in academic literature
1. Hedonism refers to the idea that pursuing various stimuli that can arouse one's sensory pleasure is regarded as the purpose of life. This kind of person pursues the greatest sensory enjoyment all his life. Because sensory stimulation can only be experienced by himself, egoism and hedonism coexist.
2. The so-called hedonism refers to the outlook on life and values that take the enjoyment of happiness (including sensory happiness and material physical happiness) as the sole purpose of life and take it as the standard for judging right and wrong, good and evil, beauty and ugliness.
3. "Hedonism" refers to taking pleasure as the fundamental desire and pursuit of life and realizing and possessing it by any means. "Hedonism" has the color of typical capitalist luxury thought.
A full-spirited, healthy, harmonious and happy person will definitely enjoy life. Everyone should learn to enjoy life.
(1) We should live according to our personal ideals, will, beliefs, likes and dislikes, make contributions to mankind, serve the society, become a force for social development, experience the meaning of life director and love life.
(2) To enjoy life, we must understand life: life is not necessarily vigorous, magnificent, and plain is also life.
(3) Life is not necessarily full of joy, but there must be pain, sadness and frustration. Those who can live can overcome these obstacles to develop their lives and create new sources of happiness in their own lives.
(4) Work is also a part of life. There must be successes and failures. As long as you persist, you will win. This is called enjoying life.
