1. Open the national medical insurance service platform.
2. After entering the software, log in to the account, activate the electronic medical insurance platform first, and then click on my page.
3. On my page, click Add Family Members.
4. If the child doesn't have an ID card yet, click to add it with a birth certificate.
5. Enter the mother's name, ID card and birth certificate number, and then operate.
