Shanyuan Village is located in the south of Yuan Shao Town, Jiyuan City, Henan Province. Yuan Shao Town is adjacent to the King of Wu in the east, Yuanqu in Shanxi in the west, Three Gorges of the Yellow River in the south and Yangcheng primitive mountain range in the north. Located in the south foot of the scenic Taihang Mountain, there are thousands of acres of ecological green forest resources. It is adjacent to Shanxi Province and has a warm tropical monsoon climate.
Shanyuan village is adjacent to the Yellow River Three Gorges tourist area to the east; The south is connected with Xiaolangdi Scenic Area of the Yellow River; It is 20km away from Wuwang Scenic Area in the north, 10km away from the primeval forest drifting area in the east, and across the river from Daimei Mountain Scenic Area in Xin 'an County, Luoyang City in the south. The project is located in the mountainous area, with humid climate, beautiful environment and high content of negative oxygen ions in the air, which is very suitable for short-distance travel and vacation of residents in surrounding cities.
Shanyuan Village * * * has 9 residential groups, 190 households with nearly 800 people, covering an area of 7 137 mu.
Shanyuan village is a village built entirely of loess, which has almost become a ruin. Most people go out to work, and only 20 families and some elderly people stay behind, showing the real scene that "the old people stay at home, but the young people can't escape from the village". Most of the existing houses in Shanyuan Village are adobe houses and rammed adobe houses built in the early days of the People's Republic of China. A few households are two-story masonry buildings built before liberation, and most of them are adobe caves near the cliff, which are basically in an idle and abandoned state.
Mr. Rolling, a local village sage, is an entrepreneur from Shanyuan Village. After his successful career, he took "Do not forget your initiative mind, developing his hometown" as his lifelong responsibility and mission. He organized the company and all the villagers were shareholders. He docked resources everywhere and raised funds, not afraid of hard work and fatigue; He is worried that the village will continue to decline; He is also very cautious, fearing that the development of the village does not meet the wishes of himself and the villagers. Only when the villagers are rich can he feel at ease; Only when the mountain village is beautiful will he be happy. In this "initial heart" state, he constantly invited experts and scholars from all walks of life to come to the field to make suggestions and listen to various suggestions and ideas. After nearly a year of precipitation and thinking, he finally became attached to the design network and invited the designers of the design network to participate in their village construction.

4. 1 The choice of homestead almost conforms to the terrain, with low southwest and high northeast. The house is ingeniously combined with the terrain, and the courtyard is enclosed by the combination of cliff kiln and rammed earth building. The cave is the first house; Rammed earth buildings are wing rooms, annex rooms or sundry rooms.
4.2 The rammed earth slope roof adopts the common lifting beam structure, and the load of the roof is transmitted through the thick rammed earth wall. The loess needed for rammed earth wall is made of local materials and compacted manually, with relatively good quality.
4.3 The rammed earth wall is very thick, at least 370mm, with relatively small openings and windows, and insufficient indoor lighting.
4.4 The ecological environment of the base is first-class, and there are many native plants. There are two ancient trees (estimated) over 200 years old in the village, which are of great historical archaeological and ornamental value.

The accommodation environment here does not pursue luxury, but the comfort and pleasure of accommodation should be high, and the local characteristics and comfort of architecture and indoor configuration should be closely combined. The local village culture is still in the central plains cultural environment, so it is necessary to properly grasp the locality and regionality of the cultural characteristics of residential space.
7.2 Leisure-defined here as a kind of leisure in the courtyard and home, and a kind of leisure in a narrow sense. Leisure in the whole area will be considered separately in the whole village planning. The leisure space in the courtyard needs to create a casual, natural and relaxed environment. This kind of leisure space is not necessarily concentrated in one place, but can be distributed in different occasions, or inside and outside the hall, or between rooms, or under the tree in front of the porch. What needs to be created is a small environment atmosphere of mutual communication and psychological relaxation.
7.3 reception-reception is not necessarily in the lobby, but in a corner of the courtyard. The receiving environment can be made of hard material or soft material. A flower, a tree, a table and a chair will do. It is necessary to create a cordial, friendly and respectful reception scene and feel at home. The style of the reception scene can be eclectic, local, modern or Zen.

7.5 Health-keeping-a place hidden in nature, offering yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, running water therapy, chakra meditation dance, and even inviting a Chinese teacher to give a lot of spiritual nourishment. Relevant functional rooms need to be provided, and the room needs to pay attention to the line of sight relationship between people and outdoor landscape. Of course, it is better for these rooms to have multiple functions, such as the daily tea room can be combined with the meditation room, and the activity room can be combined with the lecture hall of Chinese studies.
