Which is healthier, corn oil or rapeseed oil?

Rapeseed oil is actually healthier: first of all, rapeseed oil has the lowest saturated fatty acid content of all vegetable oils. Excessive intake of saturated fatty acids can easily increase cholesterol and increase the risk of heart disease. Secondly, the oleic acid content of double-low rapeseed oil can be as high as 70%, which is second only to olive oil with the highest oleic acid content. Oleic acid can reduce blood cholesterol, especially unhealthy low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and reduce cardiovascular diseases. But rapeseed oil must be double low, whole rapeseed oil is better and erucic acid content is lower.
