Pickling method of bacon slices

The curing method of bacon slices is as follows:

Materials/Tools: pork slices, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, green pepper, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, cooking oil, kitchen paper towels, bowls and pots.

1. Wash pork slices and use kitchen paper towels to absorb water. In a large bowl, mix Jiang Mo, minced garlic, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper evenly to make the sauce for bacon.

2. Put the pork slices into a bowl, and wrap them evenly with the sauce of bacon by hand to ensure that each piece of meat is marinated evenly.

3. Wrap the marinated meat slices with plastic wrap, put them in the refrigerator for sealed storage, and then marinate them for at least 2 hours.

4. Take out the marinated meat slices and drain the excess juice. Heat it in a hot pot, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, and fry the marinated meat slices in the pot until both sides are golden and the meat slices are cooked.

5. Take out the fried bacon slices and drain the excess oil. Decorate the green peppers on a plate, and then you can enjoy the bacon slices.
