On the evening of April 18, the leading group for epidemic prevention and control in novel coronavirus, Zhoushan issued a notice on related matters: strictly fulfill the obligation to declare floating population. All the floating population who come to the ship should register their residence in accordance with the Regulations on Residence Registration. The floating population who have not registered their residence or come to the ship for a new visit shall take the initiative to declare their residence registration to the local police station within 3 days. People from high-risk areas should immediately report to their villages (communities) and actively cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control according to regulations.
All personnel coming (returning) to the ship (except truck drivers and passengers) must provide "24-hour nucleic acid certificate+code scanning to check health code and travel card", and do nucleic acid detection twice within 3 days after arrival (more than 24 hours apart). After being prompted by telephone, short message or pop-up window, those who fail to do nucleic acid detection within the specified time will be given a "yellow code".
