Director of Zhang Guomin Minimally Invasive Treatment Center for Spinal Diseases

Zhang Guomin: Chief physician, professor. Director of minimally invasive treatment center for spinal diseases. 1986 graduated from the medical department of the Fourth Military Medical University, and worked in Tang Dou Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University of Xi for several years. He is good at using a variety of minimally invasive techniques to treat various diseases such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation and vertebral compression fracture. From the earliest cutting aspiration, collagenase dissolution, laser vaporization, ozone injection and lateral mirror percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of intervertebral discs to today's DEKOMPRESSOR technology, intervertebral foramen mirror, laminoscope and retromirror technology, more than 10,000 patients with cervical and lumbar diseases have been cured. Italian ozone equipment was first introduced and used in China. He was the first person to carry out percutaneous lateral mirror radiofrequency surgery in China and one of the first doctors to carry out laser combined with ozone technology. He is the first person in China to receive JOIMAX intervertebral foramen mirror training in Germany. At present, he is a national technical consultant for clinical application of ozone technology. He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the field of minimally invasive treatment of spinal diseases. He has published papers in China Bone Injury, Chinese Journal of Spine and Spinal Cord, Health News and other medical journals. Zhang Guomin is engaged in minimally invasive interventional therapy for spinal diseases-memorabilia;

1,1In July, 1992, the first percutaneous lumbar discectomy was carried out in northwest China.

2./kloc-0 attended the first nationwide training course on collagenase lysis in Nanjing at the end of 1993./kloc-0 conducted collagenase lysis for the first time in northwest China in May 1994, and was employed as the technical consultant for the clinical popularization and application of collagenase in China. From 65438 to 0997, he published a paper entitled "Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Collagenase Extradiscal Injection —— Analysis of 240 Cases" in China Journal of Orthopaedics.

3./kloc-0 performed percutaneous cervical discectomy in June, 1998, and published an article "Interventional Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation" in Health News.

4. In May, 1999, Kloc-0 performed semiconductor laser nucleus pulposus vaporization.

5. In June 2003, percutaneous vertebroplasty with bone cement was performed. In March 2006, 53 patients were cured by bone cement vertebroplasty.

6. In July 2003, Italy was the first country to introduce and use multifunctional ozone therapy equipment; Up to now, more than 200 patients with cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation have received ozone treatment.

7. In August, 2003, percutaneous lateral mirror radiofrequency ablation was carried out for the first time in China, and the internationally advanced German WOLF lateral mirror combined with American ELLMAN radiofrequency ablation minimally invasive technique was introduced to treat lumbar disc herniation. Up to now, 360 cases of lumbar disc herniation have been treated with satisfactory results. In issue 1 1 of Chinese Journal of Spine and Spinal Cord in 2004, a paper entitled "Percutaneous endoscopic radiofrequency ablation for lumbar disc herniation" was published.

8. In March, 2004, American low temperature plasma radio frequency technique was used to treat cervical and lumbar disc herniation.

9. In May, 2005, we initiated and implemented laser combined with ozone technology to treat cervical and lumbar disc herniation.

10. In March 2006, it was the first in China to introduce and adopt the first JOIMAX laser combined with radio frequency in Germany to treat lumbar disc herniation. More than 40 patients were treated, and the curative effect was remarkable.

11.In April 2006, B-TWIN expandable interbody fusion cage was implanted for the first time in China to treat intervertebral disc stenosis.

12, in may, 2006, it was the first time in China to treat L5S 1 disc herniation with laser vaporization under American sacroscope.

13, in July, 2006, he was invited to attend the international symposium on minimally invasive spine surgery in Germany, and visited several specialized hospitals in Germany and Austria for the treatment of spinal diseases, and mastered the latest development of international minimally invasive spine surgery technology.

Many years of clinical practice have mastered a variety of minimally invasive techniques. In line with the guiding ideology of simplicity, uncomplicated, conservative and minimally invasive, minimally invasive and not open, it fully embodies the concept of humanistic care, protects the working ability of patients, and strives to minimize the damage and maximize the effect.

Everything starts from the actual condition of the patient, and a personalized treatment plan is tailored for each patient to completely solve the disease at one time. Over the past 20 years, * * * has cured tens of thousands of patients with spinal diseases, worked hard in the field of minimally invasive interventional therapy for intervertebral discs, and accumulated rich clinical experience.
