The layout of SICOLAB laboratory fully takes into account the characteristics of on-site monitoring and laboratory analysis of environmental monitoring. Based on the workflow and procedure of environmental monitoring, laboratory safety, laboratory discipline functions and the future development direction of monitoring stations (mainly organic and ecological), each floor is provided with an analysis laboratory, an instrumental analysis laboratory, a balance laboratory, a pretreatment laboratory and an auxiliary function laboratory, which includes a sample room, a bottle washing room and an equipment room. And a certain laboratory is reserved on each floor for future development. The specific floor distribution is as follows:
The first floor: on-site monitoring and logistics support room, including water quality preparation room, gas quality preparation room, sample receiving room, cold storage room, emergency radiation monitoring room, chemical reagent room, permanent sample room, consumables warehouse, storage room, gas cylinder room and computer room;
The second floor: general laboratory, including sample room, quality management monitoring room, instrument room, flow injection room, physical and chemical room, COD room, balance and spectrophotometry room and some offices;
The third floor: general laboratory, including equipment room, sample room, physical and chemical room, instrument room, automatic monitoring and calibration room, balance and spectrophotometry room, sniffing room and some offices;
Fourth floor: sample room, equipment room, pretreatment room, soil pretreatment room, gas chromatography room, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry room, TOC room, Suma tank -GC-MS room, purge and trap -GC-MS room, thermal desorption -GC-MS room, bottle washing room, balance and spectrophotometry room. There are three organic pretreatment rooms on the fourth floor, about 65433.
The fifth floor: inorganic ecological room, including pure water room, sample room, instrument room, pretreatment room, petroleum analysis room (placed on the top floor in consideration of ventilation), atomic fluorescence instrument room, ion chromatograph room, mercury meter room, atomic absorption instrument room, ICP-AES instrument room, ICP-MS instrument room, molecular biology room, biological pretreatment room, ecological room, biological culture room and biological pretreatment room. Considering the convenience of ventilation and drainage, we arrange the main ventilation facilities and main water supply and drainage pipes in the rooms on both sides of the whole building. Considering that the laboratory fire fighting should meet the corresponding requirements, the main corridor of the laboratory is 2500mm, the main corridor of the operating room is ≥ 1500mm, and the secondary corridor of the operating room is ≥ 1200mm. Desk-type eye washing device shall be installed in operation rooms such as chemical analysis room and sample pretreatment room. Emergency spraying devices are set up in the corresponding areas of the laboratory. Chemical laboratory and pretreatment laboratory are equipped with safety first aid kit and commonly used first aid drugs.
