Industrial humidifier is an electrical appliance to increase indoor humidity. Humidifier can humidify the designated room, or connect the boiler or central air conditioning system to humidify the whole building.
2. What are the classifications of industrial humidifiers?
1, dry mist humidifier
The atomized particles ejected from the nozzle mouth collide with the atomized particles around the nozzle mouth to form finer atomized particles.
2. High pressure spray humidifier
It consists of five parts: main engine, special mist nozzle, shunt control system, high-pressure pipeline transmission system and ultra-fine water supply filtration system. When working, the plunger pump in the main engine pressurizes the filtered water supply to 7 MPa, and then delivers it to the ultra-fine water mist nozzle through the high-pressure pipeline. After atomization, it sprays the whole space with fine particles of 1- 10 μ m, and the water mist absorbs the heat in the air and gasifies it to increase the moisture in the air, thus meeting the humidification requirements. Fine particles will absorb some air heat during gasification, and then they can also reduce the ambient temperature.
3. Ultrasonic humidifier
Based on the principle of ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation, water is atomized into ultrafine particles, and the water mist is diffused into the air by pneumatic device, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform humidifier air. Its installation, use and maintenance are simple, and the effects of humidification, cooling and dust reduction are good. The popularity of all kinds of industrial humidifiers is good, which can be applied to a wide range of industries and environments, including almost all aspects of industrial and agricultural production. They are highly recognized by customers and are very popular and favored.
4. Centrifugal humidifier
The high-speed motor drives the compound impeller to rotate to generate vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the water in the water storage tank is pressed to the compound atomizing impeller through the water absorber, and the fine mist of φ 5 _ is melted and sent to the mist outlet through the breeze in the lower inlet, where it meets the high-speed airflow in the forward inlet, thus forming a high-speed aerosol to be sprayed into the air, touching the residual heat in the air and completely vaporizing, thus achieving the purpose of humidification. This mode is simple to use, low in future maintenance cost and does not occupy land.
5. Wet film humidifier
The water in the water tank is transported to the water shower at the top of the humidifier, so that the water is evenly sprinkled on the top of the wet film. After water is sprinkled on the wet film material, it will permeate down along the wet film material, be absorbed by the wet film material together, and then form a uniform water film. When the dry air contacts the surface of the wet film, a large amount of water evaporates and humidification is completed.
Third, the application fields of industrial humidifiers
1, automobile painting industry
Humidifying devices should be installed in some important process parts of automobile painting workshop, such as painting room, grinding room and gluing room, and the humidity should be controlled between 40 ~ 80% RH according to the humidity in different seasons. This can eliminate static electricity, which is one of the factors that affect the painting process. Eliminating static electricity can prevent the volatile gas explosion accident of paint. Avoid dust on the surface of the workpiece, improve the brightness and dustlessness of the painted workpiece surface, create a good space for the surface painting treatment of the workpiece where the parts are installed, and improve the quality requirements of the whole vehicle.
2. Tobacco industry
In the process of cigarette production and processing, each process of production technology has strict requirements on environmental humidity. In the process of tobacco processing, there are packaging processes from tobacco storage, picking, redrying, shredding to rolling. The relative humidity should be controlled at 65 ~ 70% RH. With the increase of humidity, the moisture content of tobacco leaves increases and the mechanical strength of tobacco leaves increases. This can reduce the crushing rate of tobacco leaves and cut tobacco, and improve the yield and quality.
3. Printing industry
Printing quality is the life of printing enterprises. To ensure high-quality printing, we should not only have good printing equipment, materials and professional technology, but also have a good printing environment. The optimum relative humidity of printing workshop is controlled between 55 ~ 65% RH. In this way, the deformation of paper and the dislocation of color overprint are avoided. Static electricity will lead to dust adsorption on the paper surface during printing, which will affect the quality of printed matter. Static electricity will also cause the hidden danger of burning volatile gases in printing solvents. Eliminate static electricity, ensure safe production and improve printing efficiency and quality.
4. Textile industry
In the production process, relative humidity has a great influence on the quality of fiber yarn. It is manifested in moisture regain, strength, elongation and softness. When the relative humidity in the textile workshop is controlled between 70% and 80% RH, the yarn strength is enhanced, the breakage rate is reduced, the flying phenomenon in the working environment is reduced, and the static electricity is eliminated, so that the processes of fiber stretching, carding and spinning are carried out smoothly, and the output and quality are improved.
5. Telecom industry
Program-controlled PBX is an important part of national public network and the core and hub of communication private network. Temperature and humidity requirements of program-controlled computer room are important contents of computer room management. Generally speaking, it is appropriate to keep the relative humidity of the computer room in the range of 40 ~ 60% RH. For the computer room, the air is too dry, which is easy to cause electrostatic effect, leading to the breakdown of integrated circuit boards and other hazards, threatening the safety of switches at all times.
6. Refrigeration and fresh-keeping industry
With the improvement of people's quality of life, people put forward higher requirements for the storage of fruits, vegetables and flowers, and strictly control the temperature and humidity in the warehouse. When the humidity in the warehouse is insufficient, the relatively dry air will absorb water from the stored fruits and vegetables, resulting in dehydration and drying of fruits and vegetables, and the relative humidity should be controlled between 85 ~ 95% RH.
7. High-end hotels, office buildings and villas
Humidifying it is to meet the needs of people's comfortable work and life. Dry indoor air will bring bad effects on people's health, especially in the northern region in winter. People feel most comfortable in their daily life and work in an environment with a temperature of 20 ~ 26℃ and a relative humidity of 40 ~ 60% RH. They feel comfortable and efficient. Increasing humidity can eliminate the harmful effects caused by static electricity.
8. Electronics industry
At present, domestic electronic workshops are becoming more and more strict. In order to ensure the product quality, users must strictly control the temperature and humidity in the production workshop, especially the humidity. If it is too dry, static electricity will easily be generated in the workshop, which will cause damage to CMOS integrated circuits (Note: Tests show that when the relative humidity is 20%RH, the static voltage in the workshop is 10000V, and the relative humidity is as low as 10%. It is easy to generate a voltage of 20000V in the factory building). In addition, too dry air will also cause dust flying in the air, induce respiratory diseases, affect the physical and mental health of staff and reduce work efficiency! Generally speaking, the temperature of electronic workshop is controlled at about 22℃ and the relative humidity is controlled between 40 ~ 60% RH. In this environment, people feel very comfortable and static electricity disappears!
