1, Consumption transactions completed with an Agricultural Bank of China bank card can accumulate points for individual customers. 3. Points will not be accrued for the following items:

5. Points of the main card and supplementary card of the same account are combined in the main card account, i.e. account-level point balance.
6. The account-level point balances of different accounts under the same cardholder's name are summed up, i.e., their customer-level point balances, and can be automatically combined when applying for partial redemption programs. All the points of aviation co-branded cards such as Golden Spike HNA co-branded card, China Eastern Airlines co-branded credit card and JIANGXIANG Airlines co-branded IC credit card are automatically converted into airline miles, and they are not involved in the merging of customer-level points.
7. When a credit card holder goes through the process of canceling his/her account, if he/she has other credit cards under his/her name that are in normal use (except for co-branded airline cards such as the Golden Spike HNA co-branded card and other co-branded airline cards), the points in the canceled account will still be retained under the card holder's name, and if there are no other credit cards, the points in the canceled account will be zeroed out. Debit card holders who cancel their accounts will automatically have their points zeroed out.
8. The bank will carry out other kinds of reward point activities from time to time, subject to the rules announced in the activities. If the cardholder's consumption meets the conditions of two or more reward activities at the same time, the points will be accumulated according to the highest reward multiplier. Meanwhile, the maximum amount of points accumulated in a single transaction and a single month at designated types of merchants will not be changed due to the reward point activities.
9. If there is any discrepancy between the merchant category code and the actual category of the merchant, please consult the merchant and the acquirer (i.e., the bank where the POS machine is deployed or other relevant organizations). The Bank will not be responsible for any impact on the accumulation of points as a result.
10. The Bank will deduct the points originally earned through a transaction if the payment is returned for any reason such as a return, a dispute over a purchase order, or a transaction that the Bank determines to be non-genuine such as a cash advance or a fraudulent transaction (including a transaction that accrued points when no points should have been awarded because the merchant did not install a POS machine in accordance with the regulations of the China UnionPay).
If the points balance is insufficient at the time of deduction, a negative number of points will be generated in the account belonging to the original transaction. The cardholder will be required to offset the negative points by the points accumulated through spending on this account. Accounts with a negative points balance are not allowed to be canceled.
11. If a cardholder is suspected of obtaining points by using non-genuine transactions, the bank has the right to request the cardholder to provide invoices, purchase certificates and other materials to verify the authenticity of the transactions; if the cardholder is unable to submit the relevant materials, the bank has the right to refuse to honor the payment.
Once a cardholder is found to be arbitrageously obtaining points for non-genuine transactions, the Bank reserves the right to further pursue the matter, in addition to taking measures such as freezing points, clearing them, freezing the card, and canceling the card. If the aforementioned acts may constitute a crime, the Bank has the right to report the case to the public security authorities and provide relevant data and information to the judicial authorities.
