Jitterbug currently the same cell phone number can only bind a Jitterbug number, if you are binding or exchanging the binding, the cell phone number entered has been bound to other Jitterbug number, it will lead to binding/exchanging the binding failed.

If you want to bind your cell phone number to your current account, please upgrade to the latest version of Jitterbug and follow the steps below:

1. When you see a prompt that says "This cell phone number is already bound to another account," click on "View Details" on the page and follow the prompts to change the binding; or go to Settings - Account & Security - Cell Phone Binding. Settings" - "Account and Security" - "Mobile Phone Binding" and follow the prompts.

2. If you are prompted with the message "Can't complete this operation, this cell phone number has been bound to another account", you can log in to Jitterbug with your cell phone number, change the binding of your cell phone number, or log out of your account.
