1. Who Can Apply for Civil Servants?

2, which people can not apply?
The recruitment of civil servants, the following people can not apply:

(4) have been criminally sanctioned for a crime and have been dismissed from public office

Additionally, applicants may not apply for a position with a civil servant of the recruiting agency under the circumstances listed in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law.

(6) For those who start their own business and go through the business registration procedure, the time of their grass-roots work experience shall be counted from the date of issuance of the business license.
(7) For those who are employed for the first time in the form of flexible employment, the time of their grassroots work experience shall be counted from the starting time of registering for flexible employment and confirming the approval.
11. How is the deadline for grassroots work experience defined?
The deadline for grass-roots work experience is October 31, 2013.
12. How is the age for applying for the general staff defined?
Persons above 18 years of age and below 35 years of age (born between October 16, 1977 and October 16, 1995) are eligible to apply for the age regulations.2014 fresh graduate master's degree and doctoral degree (non-working) recruitment age can be relaxed to below 40 years of age (born after October 16, 1972).
