LM4562 is a high-performance audio dual-channel operational amplifier produced by National Semiconductor Corporation (NSC), belonging to a series of operational amplifiers with ultra-low distortion, low noise and high slew rate. It has the advantages of extremely low distortion rate, low noise, high conversion rate, wide working voltage range and large output current, and its performance is unprecedented. Because of these advantages, the operational amplifier is suitable for professional and high-end audio systems, such as audio-visual system receivers, preamplifiers, audio decoders and high-fidelity power amplifiers, as well as various medical imaging systems and industrial equipment.
LM4562 has a unique design. It has a high-speed 6MHz unity-gain bandwidth operational amplifier and a proprietary stereo audio driver amplifier. The latter is the key circuit of the whole sound system, which has the function of signal adjustment to ensure that the sound system can play an excellent sound effect. Under standard working conditions, the input noise density of the operational amplifier is as low as 2.7nV/√Hz, the intermediate frequency noise transition reaches 60Hz, and the output current reaches 26mA, which can drive a 600 Ω load. The conversion rate of LM4562 chip is 20V/μs, and the gain bandwidth product is as high as 55MHz.
