1.1 Pipe Chain Conveyor

Pipe Chain Conveyor, as an emerging conveying equipment in the conveying industry, has been applied in more and more industries. Pipe chain conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment for powder, small granule and bulk materials, which can be transported horizontally, inclined and vertically in combination. In the closed pipe, the material is driven along the pipe with the chain piece as the driving member. When conveyed horizontally, the material particles are pushed by the chain piece in the direction of movement. When the internal friction between the material layer is greater than the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, the material moves forward with the chain piece to form a stable material flow; when conveying vertically, the material particles in the pipe are pushed upward by the chain piece because the lower feeding prevents the upper material from sliding downward, which produces transverse lateral pressure, and therefore enhances the internal friction of the material. When the internal friction between the materials is greater than the external friction between the materials and the inner wall of the tube as well as the self-weight of the materials, the materials will be conveyed upward with the chain piece to form a continuous flow.

1.2 Belt Conveyor

1.4 Bucket Elevator

Bucket Elevator Conveyor solidly attached to a series of hoppers traction member (tape or chain) around the elevator between the head wheel and the tail wheel, constituting a closed profile. 1.5 Screw Conveyor

There is one type of conveying equipment called screw conveyor (commonly known as winch). Its overall structure and internal structure by the head section, the middle section, the tail section and the driving part of the composition. Screw conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, small area, easy to seal the equipment, easy to multi-point loading and unloading, management and operation is relatively simple. Commonly used in the horizontal or less than 20 degrees inclined direction of conveying a variety of powdery and granular materials, such as raw materials, coal powder, cement and slag. The disadvantage of screw conveyor is that the running resistance is very large, the power consumption is larger than other conveyors, and the wear and tear of machine parts is faster, and the maintenance is large. It is not suitable for conveying viscous easy to caking, granular block, abrasive materials, the temperature of the material to be conveyed to be less than 200 degrees. Commonly used in small and medium-sized conveying capacity and conveying distance less than 50m occasions.

1.6 Plate Chain Bucket Elevator

Also known as PL-type bucket elevator

The traction piece of the classification of this conveying equipment is plate chain. The operation of the material relies on the teeth of the head drive sprocket toggling the plate chain to drive. Hopper running speed is very slow (0.4m/s). It is suitable for conveying materials with temperature below 250 degrees, high density, abrasive and lumpy materials, such as lump coal, limestone and cement clinker. 2.2, positive-pressure dilute-phase conveying

is the use of less than 0.1MPa gas (usually use air or nitrogen), at a high speed to blow the material to the designated location, gas-solid ratio is generally 1 to 10. the initial speed of the system is generally greater than 12m/s, the end of the speed of up to 35m/s, the end of the pressure is basically close to the atmospheric pressure, the power is generally provided by a Roots fan The power is generally provided by the Roots fan, through the valve control can realize multi-point feeding multi-point discharge. Sometimes it can also be used jointly with negative pressure vacuum conveying to meet special requirements. Positive-pressure dilute-phase conveying is characterized by large conveying capacity, long conveying distance up to 300 meters or more, and simple equipment structure. Positive-pressure dilute-phase equipment is usually provided by the Roots blower air source, gas and material acceleration chamber for gas and material mixing and acceleration, rotary valves to provide a stable flow of material, pneumatic plug valve pneumatic reversing valve to select the direction of the material flow, the top of the silo dust collector cyclone separator for dust treatment.

2.3, positive pressure dilute phase closed-circuit conveying system

Usually used in the protective gas transportation or toxic material transportation system, the system back to the gas pipe to the Roots fan inlet, there is a bypass make-up valve to make up for the gas. The system is characterized by the basic isolation from the outside world, multi-layer filters to filter the recycled gas so that the recycled gas cleanliness is very high, so as to avoid the fan to inhale too many impurities leading to fan damage, the system maintenance part is mainly in the filtration system.

2.4, rotary valve dense-phase conveying system

has a higher pressure (initial pressure of 0.6MPa, conveying pressure <0.2MPa), lower conveying speed, continuous conveying, lower cost of equipment, pipe wear is small, the material is not easily broken. The material state is between dense-phase pulse conveying and dense-phase plunger flow. Air compressor provides air source, Rafael nozzle provides stable flow rate, self-operated regulator automatically adjusts the pressure, high pressure rotary valve (pressure resistance 0.35MPa) provides stable material spigot, tail gas treatment adopts cyclone or silo top dust collector. The core of rotary valve dense phase conveying is the manufacture of Rafal nozzles and high pressure rotary valves. Rafael nozzles require high precision casting and machining capabilities. High-pressure rotary valves require high design capability and machining accuracy to meet the manufacture of pressure-resistant 0.35MPa rotary valves for high-pressure dense-phase conveying.

2.5, dense-phase dynamic pressure pneumatic conveying

The warehouse pump, also known as warehouse pump is under high pressure (about 700kPa below) conveying powdered materials in a more reliable dense-phase dynamic pressure pneumatic conveying device. Standard volume: 0.2 ~ 20 cubic meters, the maximum conveying capacity: 300 T / h, the maximum conveying distance: 3000 m, conveying solid-gas ratio: 15 ~ 50

However, the top-induced silo pump has larger blowing speed, smaller pipe diameter, larger degree of wear and tear, and needs additional blowing and plugging pipelines. The initial speed is 7~9m/s, and the end speed is 20~25m/s. The lower-led silo pump has a larger conveying pipe diameter, the initial speed is 2~3m/s, and the end speed is 10~13m/s, which is less abrasive, not easy to block the pipe, and the conveying capacity fluctuates greatly.

2.6, dense phase high-pressure sending tank conveying

is the lowest cost of a batch feeding system, it is usually suitable for shorter conveying pipeline distance and granular, better fluidity, abrasive and non-abrasive materials. Such as fine quartz sand, plastic particles and so on. Its components are pressure vessel (sending tank), electronic control system, and conveying pipeline **** with the composition. The system is characterized by high gas flow and high conveying pressure at the beginning and end of the conveying process, and sometimes "hoo" indicates that the conveying is completed.
