If military personnel become disabled due to war, duty, or illness, their disability level will be assessed in accordance with national regulations, a disabled military certificate will be issued, and they will enjoy the benefits, preferential treatment, and disability pensions stipulated by the state. Disabled military personnel who continue to serve in active service due to work needs will be granted disability pensions by their respective troops in accordance with regulations.
