Two, the external maintenance of electronic equipment and instruments generally implement a three-tier maintenance system:
(1) normal maintenance (or routine maintenance) by the instrument maintenance personnel. (3) the second level of maintenance: by the instrument maintenance staff and maintenance personnel, the key parts of the instrument or key components to check, adjust the accuracy, if necessary, to replace the wearing parts, is a kind of protective maintenance.
Instrumentation calibration, instrumentation measurement and verification category:
Category A instrumentation refers to the measurement and verification assurance equipment, metrological verification work in the mandatory verification, refers to the product quality of the product may be a serious hazard to the equipment.A category of equipment should be formulated to develop a strict management regulations and weekly inspection plan, calibration should be in strict accordance with the technical specifications, calibration should be established when the cycle time.
Type B instruments and equipment refers to the generality of strong, precision regulations, may have established product quality hazards of the instruments and equipment. In general, the verification cycle time of such instruments and equipment, shall not exceed the maximum cycle time required by the technical specifications for verification. If it is necessary to moderately reduce the new instrument calibration program or only part of the instrument calibration, the instrument calibration cycle time can be extended after evaluation and testing.
C type of instrumentation refers to the state regulations for one-time calibration, and our provisional regulations of the instrumentation. This type of equipment in the project acceptance can be warehoused and used, the application of the whole process can be functional check.
