1, dirty blockage: the nozzle is exposed, and dust particles in the air are adsorbed on the nozzle, causing blockage.
2. Oily blockage: the lubricating oil of uv ink cartridge volatilizes and diffuses to the nozzle, which changes the physical properties of the nozzle and causes blockage.
3. Miscellaneous plug: The tiny particles in uv ink enter the nozzle and block in the narrow channel where the ink is discharged, resulting in blockage.
4. Blockage: uv ink has excellent water solubility, which leads to dirt in the nozzle, which leads to the effective diameter of the nozzle becoming smaller, and horizontal stripes often appear in the nozzle.
5, filter plug: impurities and harmful solvents in inferior uv ink are blocked in front of the filter, and will be blocked for a long time.
6, bubble blockage: uv ink defoaming performance is not good, there will be bubbles in the ink, but once the bubbles enter the nozzle, it is difficult to come out, causing air blockage.
7. Dry plugging: If the uv printer is not used for a long time, the ink will dry up, causing plugging.
8. Chemical blockage: uv inks with different properties are used, and impurities react chemically to cause blockage.
9. Electrical plug: the nozzle is equipped with ink or cartridge chip for electrical performance test. When there is nonstandard ink or chip, the ink valve is closed and the ink cannot pass normally, which is also called false plug.
10. Corrupt plug: When the temperature is high, the bacteria in the uv ink multiply in large quantities, the ink deteriorates, and impurities appear in the nozzle.
Second, what should I do if the nozzle of the uv printer is blocked?
There are many reasons for blocking uv printers, but they can be roughly divided into two categories: soft blocking and hard blocking. Different methods are also needed to solve the blockage phenomenon with different reasons:
1, soft plug
Refers to the broken line fault caused by the increase of ink viscosity on the nozzle, which can be recovered after repeated immersion in cleaning solution; Generally, the soft plug should not be washed more than three times, and it will not be washed off after three times, indicating that the blockage is more serious.
2, hard plug
Hard plug refers to the blockage caused by chemical solidification or impurities in the nozzle, which can be solved by the following three methods:
(1) soaking method
It can be used when the obstruction is mild. First, find a flat-bottomed metal container and add a little cleaning liquid to it. The cleaning solution is limited to soaking the stainless steel edge of the print head for about 2 hours to 4 days. This method has good cleaning effect and is not easy to cause physical damage to the print head. The disadvantage is that it takes a long time.
(2) Distilled water cleaning method
This method can be used when the congestion is serious. Prepare a decoded empty ink cartridge, a disposable syringe and a bottle of medical distilled water. The distilled water is sucked into the ink box by the pressure generated by the siphon action of the syringe, injected into the ink box through the vent hole of the ink box, and then sucked out by the syringe later, and the remaining ink in the ink box is repeatedly cleaned.
(3) ultrasonic cleaning method
Gently put the uv print head into the ultrasonic cleaning machine, add the print head cleaning liquid, and start the cleaning machine to clean for about 10- 15 hours. This method is suitable for uv printers with serious congestion. Although convenient, the cost is relatively high.

1, in the process of daily use, pay attention to the daily maintenance of the uv printer.
2. Use matching conventional uv ink, and avoid using other ink or inferior ink.
