In the test run personnel column, fill in the name of the person involved in the test run or work number. For no-load test run, record the operation of the equipment. Including whether the equipment starts normally, whether the operation is smooth, whether there is any abnormal sound or odor. Problems or abnormalities occurring during the trial run are described in detail in the comments column of the record form.
3, at the end of the trial run, fill in the trial run results column. According to the actual situation, select the appropriate options, such as "normal operation", "there are problems to repair" and so on. Record forms will be saved or archived for future reference.
