Precautions for equipment installation and use:

4. The equipment needs to be installed in a clean environment with good ventilation and cannot be exposed to rain or sun. The ambient humidity must be <85%.
5. The distance between the equipment cooling fan and the wall or other objects is >1 meter to prevent the equipment temperature from rising, affecting ozone concentration and output, and even shortening the service life of the equipment.
6. When using equipment to disinfect a space, you need to enter the room after the equipment is shut down for 1 hour.
7. Non-professionals are not allowed to open the chassis. General electricians are advised to contact the manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel before opening the equipment for maintenance.
Daily maintenance of equipment:
1. The ozone generator should always be placed in a dry and well-ventilated clean environment, and the shell should be reliably grounded. Ambient temperature: 0℃-45℃; relative humidity: 50%-85% (no condensation).
2. The maintenance and upkeep of the ozone generator must be carried out without electricity and pressure.
3. Regularly check whether all electrical parts are damp, whether the insulation is good (especially the high-voltage part), and whether the grounding is good.
4. If the ozone generator is found or suspected to be damp, the insulation test of the machine should be carried out and drying measures should be taken. The power button must be turned on under good insulation conditions.
5. Regularly check whether the vents are unobstructed and whether they are covered. Never block or cover vents.
6. After the ozone generator has been used for a period of time, the protective cover should be opened and the dust in it should be carefully removed with alcohol cotton.
7. Please cut off the power supply if the machine is shut down for a long time.
