We treat children with kindness and good attitude, although some times we may encounter a lot of anxious children's family members who say whatever they want, and what we medical staff can do is to be tolerant. We can sympathize with their feelings, the child is sick, everyone's heart will be anxious, say some hurtful words we can understand. What we can do is to think differently, more for the sake of patients, and strive to do the best. Every day when I come into contact with many children and their relatives, I realize that the greatest treasure in life is not money but life. Through the contact with the children, I gradually more like this profession.
The direction and intention of future efforts.
In the future, I will continue to "passionate, pragmatic, conscientious" style, with the attitude of active learning, uphold the "continuous learning, innovation, the pursuit of transcendence" concept, in the hospital leadership and the director of the leadership, and actively develop our pediatrics department.
